Designer Profile

Originally from Moncton, NB, Lori moved to Montreal in 1992 to pursue her Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Art History at McGill University. While studying, she worked as a visual merchandiser, store manager and design consultant for a number of bookstores and home décor retailers.

After graduation Lori completed a College Diploma in Interior Decorating. In 2000 she moved to Ottawa where she founded Simply Home Decorating. Since then Lori has successfully guided countless clients through their home décor, design and renovation projects.

In addition to Lori's years of professional experience she has also lived through a number of personal renovation projects. This first-hand experience along with her practical nature and attention to detail is what distinguishes her from her peers.

In October 2007 Lori relocated to North Vancouver, British Columbia where she currently lives with her husband Jonathan, daughter Findlay and standard poodle, Sam.
